Am Holstenwall
Hamburg

Am Holstenwall

The redevelopment project impresses with its prime location at the entrance to Hamburg city center, offering modern office space and a comprehensive sustainability concept. Following renovation and repositioning, the fusion of tradition and modernity provides the basis for a new working culture.

FÜRST
Berlin

FÜRST

Following extensive renovation and expansion work, the hidden and winding former Kudamm Karree is being transformed into a public space. The FÜRST is an architectural landmark in a prime location on the renowned Kurfürstendamm, offering a diverse mix of uses including work, sports, shopping, and culture. The sustainably designed quarter offers a special quality of life thanks to the new lively city square and green terraces.

Opernplatz
Frankfurt am Main

Opernplatz

A new identity for an old substation: the newly developed building complex, located in close proximity to Frankfurt's financial district, offers space for high-quality residential units, modern office space, top-class restaurants, elegant retail space, fitness facilities, and a 5-star-plus hotel. The building complex was carefully integrated into the existing cityscape in close consultation with the historic preservation authorities.

Lateral Towers
Frankfurt am Main

Lateral Towers

A high-quality building complex – with no future as an office location due to its location – is being transformed into a vibrant school campus for over 3,200 students and 200 teachers. The city of Frankfurt am Main has leased the 46,000 m² Lateral Towers for 30 years to establish two new high schools there. Before the new schools open in three stages between July 2024 and August 2026, extensive renovation work is required, which will be carried out by CELLS. As an important addition to the schools, a modern, multi-story sports hall will be built on the site by the end of 2027.

Thalia-Haus
Hamburg

Thalia-Haus

A vibrant mixed-use quarter is being created in a prime downtown location—in the triangle formed by Mönkebergstraße, the town hall, and the Binnenalster. The area, previously occupied by an outdated department store with a parking garage, is being redeveloped into a diverse mix of office space, a hotel with a rooftop terrace, restaurants, fitness facilities, and entertainment venues. Exclusive apartments on the upper floors complete the project.

Hans-Böckler-Straße 38
Düsseldorf
