Scientific accuracy is guaranteed by the cooperation between the IWF and the head of the "Arbeitskreis kinematische Zellforschung" at the Biocenter of the University of Frankfurt a. M. Prof. Dr. Jürgen Bereiter-Hahn.

He is a cell biologist with many years of experience in the use of the media in teaching biology (film, video, PC, videodisc), particularly in the sector of cell biology. His expertise in the field of modern video-supported microscopic techniques has enriched the project. Accordingly, it has been possible to make confocal laserscan images as well as use high-resolution videomicroscopy with digital post-processing.

Prof. Dr. Bereiter-Hahn has long-term practical knowledge of the techniques of editing scientific film footage for university teaching purposes (having spent several years as Director of the Media Studies department of the "Didaktisches Zentrum" at the University of Frankfurt; co-publisher of the videodiscs on the topic of "Cell Biology" for the IWF; scientifc film author).

Specialty topics are the supramolecular organization of cytoplasm as well as methods for preparing transplantable tissue.
