Description In this virtual lab three different pigment mixtures (pink rose petals, green foliage leaves, yellow blossoms) can be separated into their constituents by chromatography. Important is to select the correct eluant (for water or fat soluble pigments). An animation with commentary explains the principle of chromatography.
