| Description |
In this lab you can investigate the connection between illumination and starch production in a leaf.
You have three different experimental set-ups at your disposal:- Expose the leaf to light
- Expose the leaf to light with a stencil
- No illumination
A video explains the principle of starch detection with iodine and how to perform the experiment.
Additional videoclips demonstrate the experimental results.
